What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods – cash, debit and credit card, UPI, GPay, PayTM, PhonePe etc.
Do you have parking available?
We do not promise parking facilities to our patients, it is based on spot availability. Please plan accordingly.
The patient is unable to walk, do you offer wheelchair facilities?
Yes, our support staff is happy to help you with wheelchairs or any other assistance you require at the center.
Do you have a pharmacy onsite?
We have a pharmacy in our Indiranagar center. Our koramangala center has several pharmacies in the vicinity, our support staff will be happy to assist you with directions.
I am unable to access my report online, what do I do?
If you face any difficulty in downloading the report please email us with the registration number mentioned on the left hand side of your bill (L******) at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you the report.
I need to do a test / procedure / scan that is not listed on your website. What do I do?

How much in advance do I need to book a home collection?
We allow same-day bookings up to 3 hours in advance. Bookings for the next day are allowed until 7PM the previous day. In case you have an urgent requirement, please get in touch with us at 9099390993 and we will try to accommodate. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My pincode is not getting accepted while I am booking home collection online. What do I do?
If your pincode is not getting accepted it is most likely because we do not collect samples in your area. Please give us a call at 9099390993 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com.
Is home collection service free of charge?
Home collection and safety charges may be applied on your booking, depending on your location.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of time of home collection will receive a full refund. If cancellations are made less than 48 hours before time of home collection visit, no refund will be provided. Please call 9099390993 to edit your booking. I entered incorrect address / contact details. What should I do?
Please call 9099390993 as soon as possible to modify your booking. Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com. We can accommodate all changes up to 3 hours prior to the collection time.
More than one person at my location requires sample collection. What should I do?
Please book separately for each individual that requires sample collection, along with the tests they require. Alternatively, you can call 9099390993 and our reception will make the required updates. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I want to modify the list of tests I have booked. What should I do?

How do I meet a doctor at Lotus?
Our website provides details of our doctors and their usual timings. You are encouraged to confirm the timings with our reception, as there might be unforeseen changes due to the doctor’s timetable. Once you come to our center, you will be assigned a token which will determine the order in which you will see the doctor.
Do you give appointments for doctors?
We do not provide appointments. You will be assigned a token once you visit our center, which will determine the order in which you see the doctor.
What are the specialties of doctors at Lotus?
Our doctor panel has experts across 25+ specialties, including - general medicine, gynecology, pediatrics, orthopedics, neurology, dermatology, fetal medicine, pulmonology, diabetology, nephrology, urology, infertility, andrology, cardiology, ophthalmology, ENT, oncology, psychiatry, geriatrics and proctology.
What is the consultation fee?
The consultation fee depends on the doctor you are visiting. Our reception will provide you the details at the time of confirmation of booking.
I don’t know which doctor I need to see. Can you help?
In case you are unsure of the kind of help you require, our support staff will be happy to assist you. They will recommend a doctor based on your condition.
Do I need to take an appointment for an X-ray?
For X-rays, you can walk in to any of our centers and avail the service on spot. It generally takes 20-30 minutes to complete an X-ray process.
Do I need to take an appointment for an Ultrasound?
We work on a first-come-first-serve basis for our ultrasounds. Our reception will inform you of the time at which the radiologists are available. You are encouraged to walk in and collect a token accordingly.
Can we take pictures / videos of our baby?
As per the PCPNDT act and Government regulations, it is prohibited to take pictures and videos of the fetus.
Do I need to fill any forms before an ultrasound?
Yes, you need to fill up a consent form for all scans.
If you are pregnant you also need to fill up Form F, which is a mandatory requirement by the government of India every time you come for a scan
Are X-rays safe for pregnant women?
It is not advisable to undergo an X-ray if you are pregnant or have missed your period. We recommend that you consult your doctor before doing an X-ray.
Are ultrasounds safe for pregnant women?
Ultrasounds use sound waves instead of radiation on the patient. They are considered to be safe for pregnant women. We still recommend that you consult your doctor regarding the scan you require.
Are scans like X-rays and Ultrasounds painful?
Scanning is non-invasive and mostly painless. In some specific scans such as mammograms, you may experience slight discomfort.
Do I need a prescription to book a test?
No, you do not need to submit a prescription to book most tests. In case you have a
prescription and would like to send it to us to help with your booking, you can do that.
When will my reports be ready?
Reports for a majority of blood tests are available on the same day as sample collection on
our website. Some specialty procedures require additional processing time which will be
informed to you by the reception.
Where can I see my reports?
Lab test reports can be accessed online through a log-in ID and password that will be
provided on your bill. Our reception is happy to provide you with a printout if needed. Scan
reports have to be collected in person.
What is the scope of your NABL accreditation?
We have NABL accreditation for biochemistry, hematology, clinical pathology and molecular
Can I have water if my test requires fasting?
It is fine to have water, but we recommend against having any other beverage like tea, coffee,
juice etc. as it may interfere with the results if the test requires fasting.
