He earned his DM in Cardiology from the prestigious Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER, Puducherry). He is a Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI, USA) and a Fellow of the Indian College of Cardiology (FICC).
Dr. Swamy brings deep expertise in complex coronary interventions, having performed over 10,000 cardiac catheterisation procedures including more than 2,000 major cardiac interventions. His procedural skills include primary angioplasty, IVUS and OCT-guided precision angioplasty, pacemaker and ICD implantation, and structural heart interventions. Previously an Assistant Professor of Cardiology at the Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences, Bangalore, and a Consultant at Fortis Hospital and CMH Hospital Indiranagar, Dr. Swamy is known for his evidence-based approach and commitment to making quality cardiac care accessible and affordable.
